PAD is a new range of informal public seating from Ryan, designed to make it easier for people to mingle in public spaces.

Moving away from the usual closed group arrangements of public seating, such as paired sofas in a foyer or chairs arranged around tables, with PAD, the tables are arranged around the seats.  More seats create open links to other tables, forming chains or clusters. This avoids people becoming isolated by formal seating arrangements.

The Pad range comes in a variety of sizes of seating and tables with a wide range of colour and material options for both seating and tables.

Ryan has been manufacturing furniture at its factory in the UK since 1987.
