The Society of British Interior Designers (SBID) is offering the finalists in the design categories of the kbbreview Awards the opportunity to become an honorary member for a year, usually worth more than £300.

The kitchen and bathroom industry’s annual awards, the kbbreview awards, has teamed up with SBID to offer a years free membership for the design award finalists. The finalists will reap the benefits of being a member, including international accreditation, business mentoring, guidance on health and safety legislation, invitations to regional events throughout Britain and unrivalled networking opportunities.

Vanessa Brady, president of SBID, commented: “I think that it is the duty of the profession to support the up and rising stars of tomorrow. We offer support and direction, and will give the kbbreview award finalists the opportunity to attend trade shows and network with peers, manufacturers and construction companies.

“The membership provides the chance to keep up to date with the latest industry news and updates, and see the bigger picture with new products and innovations. When you first start in this industry there is no support offered, and we want to act as a conduit for young professionals to help them in the future. We are always available to give support and guidance to all members of the SBID.”
