The award-winning luxury interior designer David Collins has created interiors for a new, hottly anticipated London eatery. The Delaunay restaurant is the sister of hugely successful, The Wolseley, owned by Rex Restaurant Associates, and is set to open at the beginning of December in Covent Garden.

The interior has been designed to evoke a European-style brasserie, and will features a David Collins' signature colour palette of dark green. The corporate identity and graphics have been designed by King Deign who have a long history of working for Rex Restaurant Associates. Previous projects include The Wolseley, Le Caprice and The Ivy.

The restaurant will be an all-day cafe-restaurant, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Morning coffee and afternoon tea are also served seven days a week alongside the take-out section and local dairy service.
